I am new to Tribe and to this tribe in particular. I have for years wanted to learn to play the pan flute and would like to know if anyone out there might have one they would care to recycle for a reasonable sum or perhaps barter?

Re: where to find a pan flute for sale ???
Mon, November 27, 2006 - 1:35 PMDon't know the direct answer to your question, but offer caution about them: as far as I know, they're chromatic (I'm not enuff of a musician to get past diatonic), and often in C. Getting everyone else at a seisun to migrate off D, G or A, could be interested. -

Tue, November 28, 2006 - 2:22 PMCheck out bamboo flute merchants online. I know I've come across some recently and don't remember where. I had a small set many years ago and found them to be a little annoying to play. Just awkward. Best of luck.
